Registering Volvo On Call

  1. Create your Volvo ID by using the Volvo ID app which will automatically register your Volvo On Call equipped Volvo vehicle to your specific Volvo ID.
  2. Download the Volvo On Call app available for the iPhone and Windows/Android phones. It can be downloaded from Apple’s AppStore, Windows Phone Store or Google Play. Your personal Volvo ID is required in order to use the mobile app.
  3. A Volvo On Call PIN code is required to use certain security-related functions of Volvo On Call. The PIN code is provided by your Volvo retailer following your subscription to Volvo On Call. To request a different PIN code, contact Volvo Customer Care. The Volvo On Call PIN is needed under the following circumstances:
    1. Pairing the Volvo On Call mobile app to your vehicle
    2. Alerting the Volvo On Call center of a theft
